Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 September 2026
By using JugarPika2 (“the app”) you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please stop using the app and write to us at jugarpika2@gmail.com.
1. What JugarPika2 is
A free app of classic board and card games -Parcheesi, Draughts, Connect 4, Tic-Tac-Toe, Empareja2, Battleship, Dots and Boxes, Dominoes, La Escoba, Chinchón, Brisca, Tute, Cuatrola, Cinquillo, Pika el Color, 7 Differences and any others we add- to play against the computer, with strangers in online mode or with your friends.
2. Your account
- You need to sign in with a Google account to play with other people and save your progress.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
- The username, avatar and any other content you upload must be appropriate: nothing offensive, illegal or impersonating another person.
3. Acceptable use
The following is not allowed:
- Cheating, exploiting game bugs or using bots/automation to play for you.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other players.
- Trying to access other people’s accounts or interfering with the running of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, giving notice when it is reasonable to do so.
4. Getting along: blocks and reports
You can block any player from their profile: you will stop seeing each other and being able to invite each other. And you can report them if their name, avatar or messages are offensive, or if they impersonate someone.
We review reports and may warn, suspend or close the reported account. To be able to review them we store a copy of the reported context, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Repeatedly filing false reports also breaks these terms.
5. Service availability
We do our best to keep the app available, but this is a small project: there may be outages, maintenance or changes without notice. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
6. Ownership
The design, code, art and sounds of the app belong to JugarPika2 or are used under third-party licences (see Third-party licences). The visual art (pieces, boards, bot avatars...) is generated with AI models, and much of the code and of the app’s own content has been written with the help of Claude Code (Anthropic) -see the detail in Third-party licences-. The content you upload (avatar, name) remains yours; you give us permission to show it inside the app to other players.
7. Coins, entry fees and prizes
There are two virtual currencies, coins and tickets, and neither has any real monetary value: they are earned by playing, they cannot be bought with real money, they cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the app, and they only work inside it.
- Coins pay the entry fees of tables and send gifts to other players during a game.
- Tickets buy the shop items (frames, dice, tiles and other cosmetics) and consumables such as the VIP pass.
- You can exchange tickets for coins at 1 ticket = 100 coins, with a 5% fee that is shown to you before confirming. The exchange cannot be undone and only works in that direction.
At tables with an entry fee, every player puts in the same amount of coins when sitting down and that pot is split between the winners at the end: we keep no commission from the pot. At tables of 2 and in pairs the winner takes everything; at 3 the pot is split 75% and 25% between first and second; at 4, 80% and 20%. These tables are for real players only: if the table is not filled once the wait ends, it is cancelled and your entry fee is returned in full.
Today the app has no real-money purchases of any kind. If it ever had them, it would be announced inside the app and these terms would be updated beforehand.
8. Levels, challenges and ranking
Playing gives experience, which raises your level, and there are challenges and streaks that give rewards. The league runs periodically, is played in groups and its ranking is public: your name, avatar and score are shown to any player who checks the table. Games against the computer give no coin prizes and do not count towards the league.
9. Simulated players in online mode
When you play online we look for other people connected to fill the table. If after 30 seconds (rooms of 2) or 45 (rooms of 3-4) there are not enough, the remaining seats are filled with simulated players: made-up profiles (name, avatar, level) controlled by the app itself, so that you do not have to wait indefinitely. They exist only for that.
- They are not people: they cannot receive friend requests or messages, and they earn no coins and do not count in the ranking.
- Once they take a seat they stay until the end of that game; whoever arrives later joins the next room.
- There are no simulated players at tables with an entry fee: there the pot is put up by real people.
10. No warranties
The app is offered “as is”, with no warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the app.
11. Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you want from the app, in Info → Your account → Delete my account, or by writing to jugarpika2@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. When you close it you lose your progress, coins, tickets and the items you obtained, which are neither transferable nor recoverable.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; if the change is important, we will let you know inside the app. Continuing to use it after the change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question about them, write to us at jugarpika2@gmail.com.
